The tea is meticulously hand-plucked to ensure only the finest shoots with prominent buds are selected. Due to its exceptional plucking quality, it is hand-sorted, with minimal machine processing. Carefully oxidized, this tea offers a delicate and complex flavour profile, capturing the essence of the spring flush.
