Showcasing your products or services on Indian Business Portal is quite easy. Follow the below listed process to link your business to the Indian Business Portal.
Step 1: Visit Indian Business Portal (https://www.indianbusinessportal.in) and click on ‘Register as Indian Exporter’.
Step 2: A new page will open, on this page click on ‘Create Your Catalogue’ to start the online store creation process. Before starting the process, please review a detailed tutorial video about the online store creation process.
Step 3: In the next screen input a few basic details such as your name, email ID and create a password.
Step 4: In the subsequent screen, verify your contact number.
Step 5: In the next screen add your GST number.
Step 6: In the subsequent screen, input your company name, specify legal entity, input details about the location of your business.
Step 7: In the next screen select your industry and sub-industry.
Step 8: Your FIEO GlobalLinker account will open, click on ‘Get Started’ to move to the next step.
Step 9: In the next screen, accept terms of use and choose a suitable design theme - it can be easily changed at a later stage, if required.
Step 10: In the next screen, provide business and contact information.
Step 11: Provide information about your export business along with certifications etc in the next screen.
Step 12: Upload any one product or service.
Step 13: Upload banners and customise the colour scheme (it can also be done later)
Step 13: After setting up the online store, upload products, activate payments and logistics.
Step 13: Lastly, upload a few engaging banners on the homepage of your online store.

Once your online store is completed, it will be reviewed by our team and linked with the Indian Business Portal.
Showcasing products or services on the Indian Business Portal is free for the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) members. However, during the initial 100 days of the launch, the fee is also waived off for non-members.

Although completed online stores are reviewed daily for linking with the Indian Business Portal, due to high volume it may take up to 3 working days.
While creating your online store, please ensure the following for prompt listing of your products/services on the Indian Business Portal:
  • Company name and store name should be matching or should be appropriate.
  • Address provided for the online store should be in the correct format.
  • A valid email ID should be provided on the online store.
  • A valid contact number should be provided on the online store.
  • The online store URL should be matching with store name or company name or relevant to the product categories.
  • Products should be categorised correctly.
  • Products should not be from prohibited or restricted categories.
  • Images should be uploaded for all the products.
  • Watermarked/stock or prohibited images should not be uploaded for any of the products or banners.
  • The products for online buying should have realistic pricing.
  • The products should not have identical pricing, that is all products having the same price.
