Calibration & Compliance

Settings must be confirmed against master gauges and documented in calibration logs. Where contractual inspection is required, provide a CMM lab validation certificate for the range of settings used in production.

Processing Insight & Technical Notes

Ensure locking screws and spacers are torqued consistently. For repeated adjustment, use hardened spacers to prevent wear and maintain dimensional fidelity. Consider fixture-mounted versions for high-cycle use.
