Working Principle

• The Balancing Valve operates by introducing adjustable resistance into a piping system to counteract frictional losses and ensure uniform water flow across all circuits. As a double regulating valve, it enables precise manual adjustment of flow and can also function as a shut-off device when needed.
• Flow regulation is achieved by adjusting the valve position using the handwheel, while a stem locking system secures the setting to prevent tampering. Integrated pressure test cocks allow connection to manometers or hydronic balancing systems to measure differential pressure and calculate head loss across the valve.
