Whole Carom Seeds (Trachyspermum ammi), widely known as Ajwain or Bishop's Weed in India, are a highly aromatic and medicinally potent spice cultivated predominantly in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. Among the most pungent spices in the Indian pantry, carom seeds are instantly recognisable by their sharp, thyme-like aroma derived from the active compound thymol, which constitutes up to 50% of their essential oil.

Our whole carom seeds are carefully harvested, sun-dried, and processed through multiple cleaning stages to achieve high purity and consistent size and colour. The seeds retain their natural grey-green appearance and characteristically intense fragrance — key quality indicators demanded by domestic spice traders, herbal product manufacturers, and export buyers.

Carom seeds enjoy robust demand not only in the culinary space but also in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care industries, owing to their well-documented digestive, antimicrobial, and respiratory health benefits. We offer a range of grades suited for direct consumption, food processing, essential oil extraction, and export requirements.
