Large, pungent red onions from Nashik—firm, juicy, and naturally grown.
These red onions are single-origin, large-sized (above 50mm), and naturally cured. Their firm texture, strong aroma, and deep red hue make them ideal for high-heat cooking, while their moisture content is balanced to prolong shelf life.
Grown in the fertile soils of Nashik, Maharashtra by smallholder farmers practicing low-input, chemical-free agriculture. Post-harvest, onions are sun-cured and hand-graded.

Our Grade A Red Onions from Nashik are hand-selected for their size (greater than 50mm), deep purple-red colour, and crisp, juicy texture. Known across the world for their strong pungency and natural sweetness when cooked, these onions are a staple in home kitchens and professional kitchens alike. Grown without harmful chemical inputs and sun-cured for longer shelf life, they are ideal for cooking, pickling, or salads.
The minimum order quantity is 29 metric tonnes, corresponding to a full 40-foot reefer container. Pricing is Ex-Farm per MT for >50mm size Double Patti onions. Container stuffing charges excluded and negotiated separately during final order discussions.
