✿ Raw Potatoes are Washed and Peeled automatically then are Sliced and moved to Blancher where they are cooked, after blanching slices are shredded to dough like form then the potato mash is ,mixed with salt and spices (if needed) and then are formed to Pattie.

✿ After Forming patties are battered with flour paste and moved to breading station, after breading and flour dusting paste and moved to breading station,
