It is believed that consumption of the leaves helps lower the blood glucose levels, and a sugar patient who consumed the leaves of this plant report a fall in their blood glucose levels. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

2 gm (Approx. 1 tsp.) daily with or without food. Simply add 1 tea spoon to warm water, tea, coffee, smoothies and juices etc.
