TGSEB is the top step of a four-step grade ladder, and the steps are measured rather than described. TGSEB runs 4.75 mm and above at 600+ g/L; TGEB drops to 4.25 mm and 550–570 g/L; MG-1 to 3.25 mm and 500–530 g/L.
Density is the point. A 600+ g/L berry has a solid core instead of a hollow one, which means a deeper aroma, a heavier and steadier grind, longer shelf life and higher oil and oleoresin yields. Moisture is below 10.0%, extraneous matter below 0.5%, light berries below 3.0%; mold and mammalian excreta are absent, and Sudan dyes and heavy metals are below the limit of quantification.
The uniform 4.75 mm calibration suits luxury tabletop mill brands, where it prevents jamming and gives a clean shear; the oil-rich berry is also a gin botanical. Supply is ISO 22000 and Spices Board of India certified, in 250 g and 500 g pouches or 25 kg bulk bags. We can provide custom labelling for your brand in smart Glass body Steel grinder.
