Hints of coffee, caramel, and chocolate add warmth and depth to the flavour profile. About this item
Elevation: Unique Roasted Black Tea cultivated at 7000 feet on the Darjeeling mountain.
Tea Experience: We are using the proper technique to make roasted tea, which all the East Asian countries follow.
Manufacturing Process: To make a properly roasted cup, we need to heat-treat the leaves at least 3 to 4 times at a very high temperature.
Flavor Profile: Combination of rich, complex, earthy, and sweet textures with prominent notes of dark chocolate, nuts and acidic sourness. It has a grippy wine character that grabs you by the mouth.
Brewing Instruction: Always use freshly boiled water to brew tea. The boiling temperature of the water should be around 85° C. Add one teaspoon (around 2.5g) of dry leaves per cup and steep for 4 to 5 minutes to taste. Once the tea is ready, strain immediately. (Never boil the Darjeeling Roasted Tea directly in water.)
Addition: Darjeeling Tea is best enjoyed without adding any milk and sugar. But if you want, you can add a bit of milk to it.
Available: Available in both loose tea and pyramid tea bags.
