We are associated with Sunrock Brand - The product is manufacture for various types of Dia based mainly basalt of specific predetermined chemical composition. Melted at high tempreature in a technical advance process. Fine hairline fabrics are produced by spining the molten mixture at very high speed and then fibres are bounded with a special thermosetting resin.

STONEWOOL MATTRESS are flexible in nature and also known as “LRB mattress” Lightly Resin Bonded Mattress, which are made out of molten rocks (BASALT) transformed into fibers at high temperatures, these fibers are then bonded using high quality thermosetting binders after which it is stitched with GI or SS hexagonal wire mesh over one or both sides of the mattress as per requirement. Low resin content with low VOC content makes SUNROCK^® STONEWOOL LRB MATTRESS environment friendly and suitable for high temperature applications up to 750°C. SUNROCK^® STONEWOOL LRB MATTRESSES are light weight, strong, resilient, easy to handle and they can be cut to fit over curved or intricate surfaces making it suitable for insulating Boilers, Equipments, E.S.P, Ducts, Ovens, Furnace, Tanks, Pipe Lines, Chimney walls etc.
