It's major applications are as under:

2. Pharma: An ideal sweetener for cough syrup and a coating agent for bitter solid dosage forms.
3. Dairy and beverages: Sweetener in yogurt, mocktails, squashes, etc.
4. Alcoholic beverages: Used in Vodka and Gin to impart mild sweetness.

Invert Sugar Syrup is available as Transparent, Brown or Golden Color syrup.
The mostly preferred Brix values are 75 and 80 degree Brix.
However, on demand other Brix values can also be manufactured after discussing with the manufacturing unit.
