Aagaaram Idly Podi is a traditional South Indian spice powder made from roasted lentils, sesame, dried red chilli and aromatic spices, ground to a coarse, flavourful blend. Mixed with gingelly (sesame) oil or ghee, it makes the classic accompaniment to idly, dosa and uttapam. It also goes well with hot rice and upma.
