FRP moulded gratings (GRP gratings) supplied by Grandform Fiber, Mumbai, at Rs 250 per sq ft. Made from high-strength E-glass fibre reinforcement encapsulated in thermosetting resin, moulded FRP grating is a one-piece open-mesh panel with bi-directional strength, good impact resistance and excellent resistance to rust, moisture and many chemicals. It is the most widely used FRP grating for walkways, platforms and drain covers, and a long-life replacement for mild steel and galvanised grating.

Specifications: panel sizes 1220 x 3660 mm, 1220 x 2440 mm, 1000 x 3000 mm and others; mesh 38 x 38 mm, 50 x 50 mm and mini-mesh; thickness 25, 30, 38 and 50 mm; concave, gritted anti-slip or smooth top; colours safety green, grey and yellow; resin options orthophthalic, isophthalic and vinyl ester. Fixing clips, edge banding and stair tread nosing available. Sizes and availability confirmed at enquiry.
