GRAND FRP® manhole covers with matching frames by Grandform Fiber, Mumbai. Compression moulded from FRP / DMC composite (glass fibre + resin) on hydraulic presses, these covers are lightweight, rust-free and theft-resistant, a modern replacement for cast iron and concrete covers.

Available in 16 standard sizes from 250 x 250 mm to 900 x 900 mm. Square: 250x250, 300x300, 375x375, 450x450, 530x530, 600x600, 660x660, 700x700, 750x750, 900x900 mm. Rectangular: 300x450, 450x600, 530x700, 450x900, 600x750, 600x900 mm. Every size in the standard white range is rated for a 5-ton load. Heavy-duty grey covers for driveways and vehicle areas are available on request.

Key features: 5-ton load rating, matching FRP frame supplied with every cover, raised anti-skid surface, recessed metal lifting handles, size and load rating moulded on the cover, non-conductive, no painting or maintenance needed, and no scrap value so they are rarely stolen. A 600 x 600 mm cover weighs only about 15 kg. Custom logo or text can be moulded in for bulk orders.

Applications: housing societies, apartments, bungalows, commercial complexes, footpaths, gardens, schools, hospitals, water tanks and sumps, drainage and sewer chambers, electrical, cable and telecom chambers, rainwater harvesting pits and factory walkways.
