Elworld agro & organic brown sugar is organic which means it has been manufactured from organically grown sugarcanes thereby making it free from chemical fertilizers and pesticides. It is also processed naturally with no chemical additives. Brown sugar is a type of sugar (sucrose) that gains a brown colour due to the presence of molasses. Due to its molasses content, it contains certain minerals, most notably calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium (white sugar contains none of these).
