HOW TO WEAR

• Insert the forearm inside arm sling, with the thumb resting in the thumb strap of the sling.
• Pull strap over the shoulder.
• Measure circumference of lower chest.
• Adjust the length of shoulder strap, so the elbow joint rests at an approximate 90° angle.
• Then fasten hook and loop closure to tighten.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand wash in cold water with mld soap.
• Dry away from heat and sunlight.
• Do not bleach, dry clean and iron.
