Our All Rounder Gravy is a versatile culinary base designed for more than 100 dishes. 1 kg of lyophilized gravy base can be rehydrated to approximately 3.5 kg of prepared gravy. Simply add warm water, stir and let it rest for 1 minute to create a smooth base; then add your choice of tadka, spices and preparation ingredients, along with your preferred vegetables, fibre, protein or other ingredients to create a dish your way.
